Kathy is the founder and owner of L.A.R. & Associates, a bookkeeping company committed to helping businesses of all sizes maintain accurate records, streamline processes, and gain the tools needed to make informed decisions. With more than 35 years of experience, she has supported organizations across a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, contracting, professional services, and healthcare practices such as dental and veterinary clinics. Her expertise was strengthened through her work with a CA Firm in Toronto, where she developed strong skills in collaborating with accountants and supporting clients on all aspects of their business. Kathy is also a trusted advocate for her clients, representing their interests with the Canada Revenue Agency when required. Known for her deep industry knowledge and dedication to client service, she has built a reputation as a reliable and approachable business partner.
Tracy Felton
Tracy is an innovative and proactive administrative and financial professional with over 35 years of experience. She brings a comprehensive bookkeeping skill set and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, supporting efficient data analysis, reporting, and financial management. She has held key roles at Century Services Corp. and FCB Commercial Finance Inc., where she managed multimillion-dollar loan portfolios across ABL, SRED, and Factoring Division clients. Earlier in her career, she was a founding partner of Northern Distribution & Warehousing, a full-service provider of direct mail, fulfillment, transportation, and warehousing services. Her professional development includes formal education in Business Administration and Small Business Bookkeeping, certifications in QuickBooks, and specialized training in financial analysis. Recognized for her strong attention to detail and organizational skills, Tracy is dedicated to delivering accurate, reliable, and timely support that helps businesses thrive.
Rita Blake
With over 40 years of experience as an Administrative and Executive Assistant, Rita has built a career rooted in reliability, discretion, and operational excellence. She has supported senior executives across multiple industries, managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, organizing large-scale meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations. Her expertise extends beyond administration into Human Resources and Accounting, including payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, invoicing, and expense reporting.
